Jonathan Chou is a senior financial executive with more than 30 years of experience leading finance, strategy, and governance across global technology and industrial companies. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of UTAC Group, a leading semiconductor assembly and test services provider headquartered in Singapore, where he oversaw finance, corporate IT, and human resources. During his tenure, Mr. Chou guided initiatives in global planning, liquidity management, and corporate refinancing, helping expand the company’s credit facilities from $400 million to $550 million.

Today, Mr. Chou continues to be active across both corporate and advisory roles. He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair on two publicly listed company boards, and he was recently appointed Chairman of the Board of the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA.org), a nonprofit focused on promoting transparency and governance in global capital markets.

In addition, Mr. Chou advises a range of companies spanning early-stage ventures to billion-dollar revenue technology firms. His work builds on a career of helping businesses navigate international expansion, corporate governance, and capital market transactions.

Mr. Chou earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he remains an active alumni volunteer. He has also served on the Duke Global Alumni Board and continues to contribute to the university community.

Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family.
